Rent the Main Level of the Five Willows B&B! • Includes full kitchen, two dining rooms, large outdoor balcony, lots of open space, fireplace, and access to restroom. • Maximum occupancy is 100 people. • 50% deposit of the total estimated rental fee is due upon execution of the Five Willows, LLC. Rental Agreement Contract. The remaining 50% of the total estimated rental fee is due on the day of the scheduled event. • An authorized credit card will be required for any additional charges incurred on the day of the event. • No running or horseplay is permitted within the B&B. • Five Willows, LLC. is a Non-Smoking Facility.
